Keep the engine running.
The Y-cable sits between the sensor and the wiring harness connector. It functions like an extension cable, but with a parallel connection to the breakout box — giving you clean measurement access without interrupting the system.
During measurements the sensor remains connected and fully operational, enabling you to take readings while the motor management system is running under real conditions.

The Failure Simulation Box sits in series with the ECU. Every pin passes through the box — giving you switches, potentiometers, and LEDs to simulate any fault on a running engine.

Simulate Resistance
Simulate poor contact in the plug terminals. Simulate resistance ranging from 10, to 100 kΩ. Manipulate signals using an external device. (i.e.: CAN-bus offset, Signal offset, voltage feeds, etc..)

Three integrated red LED’s can be connected to all signals like fuel injectors, relays, ignition, etc.
Automotive Grade Fusing
Standard, all channels are fused with a 5A automotive fuse, but you can easily be replaced these with a 10A fuse where needed.
Aerospace Grade Locking
Canon ITT - ZIF connectors used to connect the adapter cable. This ensures minimum of wear and tear on the measuring equipment and on the gold-plated contacts.

Signal IN – Signal OUT Configuration
Every ECU pin can be routed, manipulated, and measured, up to 10A signals. Anything higher is safely looped through while still allowing parallel measurement.
Parallel & Series Measuring
Switches allow users to toggle between normal operation (parallel) and inserting meters for AMP measurements (series).
LED indicators and precise potentiometers simulate real-world issues like resistance, shorts, or supply faults.
