Why we are building a partner network

A proven Dutch diagnostic method, ready for a wider market.

Breakoutbox has developed automotive diagnostic equipment since 1994. Under new ownership since 2024, we see a much larger international role for a product line that has traditionally been sold mainly through direct relationships in the Netherlands.

Vehicle electronics are becoming more complex. Yet technicians still pierce wires or back-probe sealed connectors to reach signals — a practice that can damage terminals, seals and wiring. Breakoutbox provides a safer, repeatable way to access and measure real signals on a running vehicle.

We are therefore moving from a primarily direct-sales model to an international network of distributors and resellers. In technical education, controlled fault injection is becoming equally important: the right local partners can take realistic diagnostic training to many more schools, academies and workshops.

Our ambition is simple: make damage-free diagnosis and realistic fault training available wherever technicians learn and work.

Where Breakoutbox products sell

Four buyer groups. One growing diagnostic need.

Different customers buy for different reasons. The common thread is safe access to real signals and realistic training on increasingly complex vehicles.

Independent and dealer workshops

Customer problem

Modern connectors and sealed wiring are difficult to measure without risking damage.

Breakoutbox solution

Breakout boxes and Y-cables provide safe, non-intrusive access to component and circuit signals.

Commercial opportunity

A broad day-to-day workshop application with follow-on demand for cable sets.

Technical schools and training centres

Customer problem

Realistic faults are difficult to create safely and repeatably in a classroom.

Breakoutbox solution

Failure Simulation Systems create controlled faults for hands-on diagnostic practice.

Commercial opportunity

Project-based training systems with room for additional vehicles and cable configurations.

OEM and dealer training academies

Customer problem

Training needs to reflect real vehicle behaviour and remain consistent across locations.

Breakoutbox solution

Repeatable vehicle-specific diagnostic and fault-injection setups.

Commercial opportunity

Structured deployments across training programmes, dealer groups and sites.

Marine, agriculture and heavy equipment

Customer problem

Complex electrical systems are difficult to access and downtime has a direct operational impact.

Breakoutbox solution

Machine- and application-specific cable sets for safe measurement and diagnosis.

Commercial opportunity

Specialist project sales in markets where diagnostic access is hard to source.

What you can sell

Two complementary product propositions.

Serve frequent workshop measurement needs and larger training projects from one specialist product portfolio.
