Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Europe
All European orders are shipped via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.
Outside Europe
For international shipments outside Europe, we use Mainfreight. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the destination of your order. Exact rates are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET on business days are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Customs Fees
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed by Breakoutbox.
