Keep the engine running
The FSB is designed to simulate faults on a working and operational engine.
In order to ensure a correct functioning engine, we make custom adapter cables according to the schematic that belongs to the ECU of that specific engine.
Compatible with any ECU
We design & manufacture custom adapter cables for any ECU type or low-voltage connector system—regardless of make or application.

Simulate Resistance
Simulate poor contact in the plug terminals. Simulate resistance ranging from 10, to 100 kΩ. Manipulate signals using an external device. (i.e.: CAN-bus offset, Signal offset, voltage feeds, etc..)
Automotive Grade Fusing
Standard, all channels are fused with a 5A automotive fuse, but you can easily be replaced these with a 10A fuse where needed.
Visualize Signals
Three integrated red LED’s can be connected to all signals like fuel injectors, relays, ignition, etc.
Aerospace Grade Locking
Canon ITT - ZIF connectors used to connect the adapter cable. This ensures minimum of wear and tear on the measuring equipment and on the gold-plated contacts.

Simulate real-world wire breaks safely to test ECU responses and train diagnostic skills.
Signal IN – Signal OUT Configuration
Every ECU pin can be routed, manipulated, and measured, up to 10A signals. Anything higher is safely looped through while still allowing parallel measurement.
Parallel & Series Measuring
Switches allow users to toggle between normal operation (parallel) and inserting meters for AMP measurements (series).
Built-in Test Features
LED indicators and precise potentiometers simulate real-world issues like resistance, shorts, or supply faults.

Laser-engraved overlays enable clear labeling of each pin. Perfect for structured work (K94-01, A60-02) or functional names (INJ1, CAN1_H).

Overlay cover plates allow educators to hide faults for troubleshooting exercises, while the manipulation capabilities support ECU development and vehicle response tests.
