Clear information about delivery, returns and support for Breakoutbox webshop orders.

Shipping

Available shipping options, delivery cost and the estimated delivery date are shown during checkout for your destination. Product availability and any made-to-order lead time are shown on the relevant product page. We send tracking information after dispatch.

For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Returns, credits and refunds

PRCW pre-wired connectors, PRY Y-cables and adapter cables are made or wired for the order. They cannot be returned, credited or refunded.

PRC connectors and Breakoutboxes may only be considered for return, credit or refund in exceptional cases after our assessment; there is no automatic right of return. For any other product, please contact us before returning anything so we can assess the request and provide instructions.
